Invigo Health Sweden Purchase Terms, Return and Refund Policy

The customer has the right to return a product if it is received damaged, or insufficient, in relation to what is represented in the website's image(s) for the given product. The cost of a return is €5,5. 

Return is not eligible for some products due to obvious hygiene reasons. Fill out our return form with your inquiry, in the customer dashboard, and we’ll se what’s a reasonable solution.

A refund is only issued if a physical product arrives damaged. Returns of physical products deemed insufficient will result in the possibility of receiving a brand-new product, sent out as soon as possible, without extra charge.

For a valid return of a physical product, the customer must have documented the arrival of the damaged product, for example, with a picture taken at the time of the product's arrival.

Due to the nature of our physical products, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on products which have been opened.

Unfortunately, we cannot approve the cancellation of purchases of digital products, as our digital products are not eligible for return. This is because a digital product received via email by the customer cannot be returned to Invigo Health Sweden. Therefore, Invigo Health Sweden’s digital products are insufficient for valid return and refund.

Clarification: Purchase terms for physical and digital products:

Ordering and Payment:

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into a contract and that you accept our purchase terms.

We accept various payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Bitcoin, PayPal and Visa. The payment is debited at the time of ordering.

Delivery and Reception:

Delivery time may vary depending on the product and delivery destination. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Usually, orders are ready for pickup within 2-3 working days.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Returns and Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund and possible return. You need to clearly document the reason for your dissatisfaction, to be eligible for a refund.

In the case of a received damaged product that cannot be sent back, clear documentation of the product's damages and a picture of the product are required for a valid refund.

If you prefer a new product instead of a refund, that is also possible. Please contact us with one or more attached pictures of the damaged product. Once we receive your return claim, we will promptly send a new product.

The refund is issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Digital Products:

Digital products are delivered via downloadable files or provided via email. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the digital products before making the purchase.

We do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the file has been made available to you.
